Hypnosis 6 Secret Tips to Stay Young Forever

We all live in an age that belongs to the young at heart. Life that is becoming extremely fast, day to day, also asks us to remain physically young. Young at heart, young in mind and young in your body has become the principle of survival.

Yet our age increases with every day of our life. The fast pace of the world around us in fact makes us age faster. But, it is important to retain our youthful vigor, for it is only with young passion and energy that we can work towards success, enjoy a peaceful, healthy life, indulge ourselves in the pleasure of sex, and keep ourselves happy.

How to remain young forever? How to defy your age? How to retain the youthful joy? How to remain passionate and energetic.

Here I outline six steps to keep you young forever - steps, if you follow regularly will ensure you remain young at heart, young in mind, and young in your body.

Step One: Imagine yourself leading a life that is youthful and vigorous. Picture yourself in various situations that the young indulge in. It can be a wild night in the disco, a wild game of football, romancing with the person you love - it can be anything. Just concentrate yourself in youthful action.

Step Two: The picture you create for yourself should produce the specific effects that you have in your mind. That is, if you think you are becoming old and falling behind times, then enjoy a dance in the disco that keeps you up with time with youthfulness. If you are old and wrinkled and want to look young, picture yourself with smooth, supple, wrinkle-free skin.

Step Three: Picture yourself as extremely alert, athletic and youthful. Imagine yourself in movements that you performed as freely as when you were a teenager.

This is a very important visual. Practice it at least twice a week for an indefinite period. Your aim is to preserve your body by using the power of creative visualization. Thus, this is a lifetime program aimed to evoke your youthful vigor always, anytime, anywhere.

Step Four: If you are suffering from any old-age disease, incorporate the visuals from How to lead a healthy life, with the steps outlined here. You will see a marked improvement in your health.

Step Five: Bring together all your senses - Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste and Touch. Direct your mind to improve each of them. Imagine yourself pictures of yourself where you hear more, taste better, see well, smell proper and become sensual to touch.
Practice them at least once every two days. You will see your awareness is functioning better than all who are of your age.

Step Six: Visualize yourself in a sea of endless energy. The water is warm and comfortable. The sky is bright and sunny. Swim through the refreshing water. Enjoy the swim. Stretch your legs; push through the water, as the energy envelops you.
Come out of the water and dry yourself with a large, soft towel. You are refreshingly young now. You are filled to the brim with energy. You also feel that the energy in you has changed your body and bones. All aches and pain ofold age has disappeared.

You are a new man now. You are young, energetic with a passionate vigor in you. You are young in mind, body and spirit. Enjoy your youth.

Happy young days!

How Important is Intelligence For Success?

Although IQ tests measure a certain aspect of intelligence potential, there isn't complete agreement that what is being measured is actually intelligence.

Standard intelligence tests focus a lot on exploring and measuring linguistic/logical/mathematical ability. But is that really the same quality as intelligence? Or is intelligence something broader than that?

We have all met people who have a lot of "book smarts" but seem to have no "life smarts." Should we really be saying that they are intelligent? Some people who did poorly in school often turn out to be very successful in later life. Why do our current IQ tests seem unable to predict or explain these outcomes?

A person may have failed dismally in school, and yet turn out to be a genius in marketing. Is this person stupid, or brilliant? If a man is a great scientist, but can't ever pick a suitable mate, is he really very smart?

Was Picasso inept because he wasn't also a brilliant mathematician? Was Einstein inadequate because he wasn't also a great artist?

Which of these two men had more intelligence? Is there more than one kind of intelligence? How should we define intelligence? Can we really measure it? What is intelligence, really?

Several experts in the field of intelligence have proposed that we need to broaden our understanding of what intelligence really is, and the role it plays in successful living.

Psychologist Howard Gardner of Harvard University has suggested that we should consider a wide range of talents and abilities as valid forms of intelligence.

In his intriguing book, "Frames of Mind: Theories of MultipleIntelligences", Gardner has proposed the existence of at least seven types of intelligence: verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, visual-spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, social-interpersonal and intra-personal.

Another psychologist, Robert Sternberg, has suggested we consider three distinct forms of intelligence. One type is the ability to think logically and rationally, doing well in an academic type of environment.

A second kind of intelligence identified by Sternberg is the ability to come up with creative solutions to real life situations. And the third type, according to Sternberg, is the ability to psychologically understand people and interact effectively with them.

A very different perspective on the IQ issue is presented by Daniel Goleman in his best-selling book, "Emotional Intelligence". Goleman offers an explanation for why a high IQ does not always lead to success in career or in life.

He says that EQ, or emotional intelligence, has been an overlooked factor that is an extremely important ingredient for success in life. An ability to get along with others, to be optimistic, to be determined, are among the many factors that contribute to success, perhaps even more than intellectual ability.

Are you starting to realize that intelligence is not just a question of one test score number that forever limits your possibilities? If we define intelligence primarily as an aptitude for mathematical and linguistic/logical thinking, we may be missing other forms of intelligence that are also important.

If you happen to know your own IQ score, don't think of it as something that limits or defines your potential. If your IQ is in the average range it does not in any way mean you are limited to a life of average success and average accomplishment. If your IQ is in the above average range, it does not guarantee you a life of ease. You can't use either a high IQ score or a low one as an excuse not to try very hard.

Your IQ score is only a number. It does not define you. It does not really limit you. It's just a starting point. Remember that many other qualities you already possess or can develop are also important for success in life.

Motivating Students To Learn

As children get beyond the preschool/ kindergarten stage, many of them lose the joy in learning that is the characteristic of those early years. They may have had challenges in the classroom, or have been exposed to older children and heard some of their "school is boring" comments. The savvy parent can help to counteract this behavior by encouraging children to develop their interests and hobbies and by finding out more about the things in which they ARE interested. One method of motivating students to learn is by using articles in magazines or newspapers.

If you get a daily newspaper, teach your child to use it. There is no doubt that they will be motivated to learn to decipher the television and movie listings, but what else do you take for granted? All local newspapers have "Around Town" sections – draw your child's attention to articles of importance to him. If he is a railroad buff, let him read about the model train show coming up next week. If he's interested in space, read to him about the latest from the Hubble telescope.

Magazine articles are another good motivation tool. You can find whole magazines dedicated to your child's hobby, whether it's rock collecting or dance. If your child loves dinosaurs, reading about a little boy just like him who grew up to be a paleontologist can be very rewarding. Someone who loves animals will be motivated to learn all they can after reading about veterinarians.

One thing that motivates almost everyone is money. If your child is fascinated by reading about the lives of people whose salaries make them able to travel, drive expensive cars and live in luxury, perhaps he will be motivated to get a great education and get rich himself. Even People Magazine can be useful in motivating students to learn!

How to Attract More Into Your Life:3 Things You Can Do--Right Now

One of the most common questions people ask me about the Law of Attraction is how to use it to attract more money. Money is simply the energy of abundance, and the Law of Attraction can therefore be used deliberately to increase abundance in our lives. To understand how to increase the energy of abundance, consider this: The Law of Attraction is all about vibes.

The word vibes comes from the longer word-vibration. All energy is vibration. We commonly use the word vibe to refer to experiences that give off a negative vibe or a positive vibe. So, when we say we get a good vibe or a bad vibe from an experience, we are actually describing positive vibrations or negative vibrations.

Here is an important concept that is vital to understanding how to use the Law of Attraction; vibrations are generated as a result of the thoughts and words we use. A vibration is simply a mood or a feeling. In every moment, we are emitting (sending or offering) a vibration. In the vibrational world, there are only two kinds of vibrations; positive or negative. The Law of Attraction is a powerful, universal law that simply responds to our vibration by giving us more of the same, whether wanted or unwanted--in every moment, including right now!

Definition of the Law of Attraction:

I attract to myself, whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy to; whether wanted or unwanted.

The Law of Attraction is an obedient law. Understanding that, we want to become more deliberate offer-ers of the vibes that we are emitting.

Using the Law of Attraction to Increase Our Abundance:

We have learned so far that all feelings give off vibrations, either positive or negative. Abundance is a feeling and that's GOOD news. Why? All feelings can be duplicated! Abundance is a feeling, and that feeling has a corresponding vibration that we can duplicate. In many cases, people are duplicating the feeling of lack, sadness, or hopelessness simply by the thoughts and the words they use. Given that we can generate feelings by our words and thoughts, we can learn how to duplicate the feelings of abundance more intentionally, using our words and thoughts.

The best news of all is, the Law of Attraction doesn't know if we are generating a thought by; remembering, pretending, creating, visualizing, or day-dreaming. It simply responds to our vibration in that moment. And--we can only hold one vibration at a time! By creating the vibration of abundance more deliberately and more often, we are INCREASING abundance in our lives.

I suggest that you commit to this process of deliberately duplicating the vibration of abundance, by using your thoughts, for the next 7 days. Start today! Here's the exercise that will help you do that.

Part One:

Build a list of all the sources and resources where money and abundance can come from. Most people when asked: "How could you get more money?" reply that they could work more to earn more money. The belief that the ONLY way to increase your abundance, is to find a way to earn more money, is a limiting belief. There are actually many, many other ways that abundance can increase in your life.

Here are 5 sources of abundance. Start with these and build your list to 60 sources or more!

Sources of Abundance:
Someone treats you to lunch (or breakfast or dinner)
Someone gives you free advice or coaching
You receive gifts
You receive free transportation or lodging
You get your 3rd cup of coffee free
Part Two:

Keep a daily log of all the sources from which you are receiving abundance. This will significantly help you to notice abundance in your life. Keeping a daily log shows you concrete evidence that abundance DOES exist and IS increasing in your life. Celebrate! When you notice abundance, celebrate the evidence of it in your life--and while celebrating, know that you are offering the positive vibration of abundance. Remember, at every moment, including right now, the Law of Attraction is checking to see which vibration you are offering, responding to that vibration, and giving you more of the same.

Here's a great tip! Two minutes a day of deliberate attention to abundance is better than no minutes.

This exercise will have you emitting or offering the vibration of abundance more deliberately and more frequently. Have fun with this!

Start doing this exercise for the next 7 days and notice the things you can now start telling yourself: "I'm so abundant! I've attracted evidence of abundance every day for the last 7 days." "I'm so abundant; I've attracted 100's of dollars of free advice in the last 7 days."

Become a deliberate offer-er of your vibration and the Law of Attraction will obediently bring you more of the same.
